CORE was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Winter Park, Florida. The CORE staff consists of registered professional engineers, professional geologists, certified general contractors, CADD/GIS design staff, scientists, construction managers, site superintendents, construction quality control managers, health & safety officers, hazardous material inspectors, field technicians, and equipment operators. CORE’s qualifications are exemplified by their multi-million dollar design/build and ID/IQ prime contracts with the federal government.
