SOW: Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair base sanitary sewer mains and manholes in the North portion of Patrick Space Force Base through in-situ slip-lining/manhole lining and replacing the mains through excavation/demo/installation of new sewer main pipe. In-situ repair of sewer mains will utilize cast-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining which will require lining preparation to include high pressure water jet cleaning, camera inspection, scale/floc/obstructions mechanical removal, and post lining camera verification. Spot repair of sewer mains may also be required prior to CIPP lining. Grouting, bench reconstruction, dewatering, and other repairs may be required before lining manholes. Sewer main replacement can include dewatering, demolition of existing asphalt/concrete paved areas, sodded areas, and installation of new sewer mains. Contractor shall be responsible for providing pump(s), hoses, and all other equipment necessary to pump sewage from one manhole to another while the sewer main in-between is being repaired. The sewer mains to be replaced in kind through excavation, demolition of old main, and installation of new PVC pipe, may require dewatering in areas with contaminated soil which are being managed though the Installation Restoration Program (PSFB Environmental group). Replacing mains beneath a paved surface requires barricades, cones, directional signs, flagmen, and a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan. The MOT must be submitted in advance and approved by the Contracting officer. The dewatering effluent in these areas must be managed by returning the dewatering effluent to the ground within the same contaminated groundwater plume.

Sewer lateral replacement including demolition of existing asphalt/concrete paved areas, sodded areas, and installation of new sewer lateral. Replaced lateral beneath a paved surface requiring barricades, cones, directional signs, flagmen, and a Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan.
