SOW: Repair, by replacement, four existing emergency backup power/load control generators at the South Substation with three new generators that comply NESHAP for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE). This scope includes reconfiguration of existing fuel piping. Demo and repair, by replacement, the existing deteriorated asphalt roadway with new asphalt millings roadway with concrete ribbon curbs to provide access to the existing 8,000-gallon diesel tank. Repair a portion of the existing chain link fence and one gate. Repair, relocate the existing control room, switchgear, and service transformer.
