SOW: Replace B79103, Sentry House, with a new 440 sf building for 45th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) Marine Patrol. New facility to include a kitchenette area with water and sink, two desk areas for police officers, console area for immediate visual assessment of Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) cameras, facility pre-wired for communications equipment (i.e. marine radios, antennas, telephone, LAN), tinted windows for visual assessment of Trident Area from seated position, new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), sufficient locker area to accommodate storage or marine patrol equipment/supplies, outside storage area for weathered equipment, and restroom facilities with shower. The project also includes the demolition of the existing Sentry House, B79103.
