SOW: Provide labor, material, equipment, management, and supervision required to repair building structure with new metal siding (approximately 120 SF) and reseal 3 existing doors.

Remove ceiling drywall in 2nd floor SE stairwell. Remove siding tarp south side.

Replace approximately 120 SF siding to match existing. Paint new metal siding (Patrick Conch Sell). Repair ceiling drywall in 2nd floor SE stairwell and paint two coats to match existing. Repair the two (2) man doors on the south side of building with door stops, thresholds, and weatherstripping. Repair the man door on Northeast corner of the East wall, door stops, thresholds, Door closure and weatherstripping.
